Go watch Ocean’s 11 if you don’t like it…
This makes me laugh. I get bored around *looks at nonexistent watch on arm* well, right about now(this is usually the time of night when I should go to sleep but don’t. I might miss something! This is how my mind works…) and start scouring the internet for anything amusing. I am usually not very lucky. Tonight I found something on The Town’s imdb board:
User 1: I hope this film doesn’t have as much swearing as Gone Baby Gone. Don’t get me wrong, I don’t have a problem with the occasional swear word in films. Lots of time, I barely even notice it. However, Gone Baby Gone, used the f-word so many times that it just got annoying. I had the same problem with The Departed. Both films went into overdrive with the swearing and it just distracts me from the story.
User 2: Well it’s about bank robbers from Charlestown,so I wouldn’t hold my breath.
This just makes me laugh. I would understand if it was a 9-5 office job movie but seriously, you have to understand that it’s about BANK ROBBERS. Not even just that, but not your high class bank robbers (Ocean’s 11). Of course there’s gonna be language. It just makes it more realistic, I suppose.
Honestly, I swear a lot. Not A LOT but enough to where I know it’s probably something I should work on. (You should hear me after I watch Deadwood. Holy shit, that show seriously makes me drop a lot of F bombs. Dead Like Me does too, among others. Oh and The Departed does it too… lol)
