There’s a good chance that, because that costume was homemade, that she bought the fabric and sewed it herself :) However, for a Halloween costume, Spirit actually has some decent (if not somewhat pricey- if you’re on a limited budget, they might not be a good idea) Black Widow costumes.

This one is the one I would recommend most. It looks to be the best quality on the site, but for slightly cheaper, this oneis also a pretty good bet from what I can tell.

Thanks! You’re right, it didn’t even occur to me that she might have sewed that herself (People are far more talented than I am). I have been looking at the ready to buy costumes and the cheaper one has some mixed reviews (the back of it is apparently held together with velcro and it isn’t too sturdy) and I was trying to find something cheaper than that really nice one. I have been looking at unitards or zentai-ish suits (My internet search history is very interesting at this point). I just really think I’d like the feel of hers better but nothing comes close. Thanks again!

That makes sense! If you’re looking for someone of a slightly better fit than a unitard, I’d suggest looking up catsuits. They’re essentially a step-up from unitards and have a zipper- Catwoman wears one, and what Widow wears in the Avengers and Iron Man 2 can be considered like a high powered catsuit :)

It’s funny you put it that way… I just found a suit online for Catwoman on Amazon and I was thinking it could go either way. It’s like a two for one deal on costumes, lol. But the switch in fabric at the thighs is making me pause, though. IDK, I’m leaning towards the plain catsuit idea. I can probably come up with a belt here or there. :D Thanks for your thoughts.
